Not all deposited funds will appear in your account instantly. Please refer to the table above for the approximate processing time for each method. You may also check the ‘Reports’ tab in your Client Portal to see the status of your deposits.

Please give it up to 10 minutes for funds to appear in your account. If it takes longer than that, our customer service staff will be more than glad to help you track and ensure your funds have went through safely.

For international bank wire deposits, please allow 3-5 business days for funds to reflect in your TMGM account. TMGM does not charge for bank wire deposits but the sending and correspondent bank may charge according to their own fee structure.

Your funds are held in segregated client trust accounts with National Australia Bank (NAB) and are separate from TMGM Accounts. All client money is strictly managed in accordance with client money laws and kept separate from company funds.

Yes – provided that the name of the bank account is the same as the name on your TMGM account. If the name differs (eg. company name vs personal name), we will not be able to proceed in accordance with strict Anti-Money Laundering Laws.

We do not charge any fees/commission on deposits/withdrawals, however, you may be subject to fees from banks involved in the case of bank transfers.

The recommended minimum amount is $500 USD equivalent, but you can fund with as little as $100 in these currencies: EUR, GBP, USD, AUD, NZD, CAD.

You can deposit funds in AUD, NZD, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD.

TMGM clients benefit from some of the most competitive rates in the industry. For deposits from an external funding source (i.e., from your credit card to TMGM account in another currency) and withdrawals to an external funding source ( i.e., from your TMGM account to a credit card in another currency), funds will be converted as per the daily bank rate.
